Say and Hear is run by a dual qualified Speech Pathologist and Audiologist servicing primarily the Edenvale / Bedfordview / Kempton Park and surrounding areas. Say and Hear also does medico-legal speech therapy report services for numerous medical attorney firms.

Speech therapy services include: assessment and treatment of articulation, voice, oral motor, early intervention and stuttering therapy. Language therapy services include: assessment and intervention for children and adults struggling with understanding and sharing thoughts and ideas with others.

Audiology services include: screening, diagnostic hearing assessments, fitting the latest modern and dynamic hearing aids, hearing protective devices aural rehabilitation after a hearing aid has been fitted and ear wax removal. Say and Hear also assists patients struggling with tinnitus, vertigo/dizziness and balance difficulties.

Say and Hear is offering exciting new workshops this year, in adition to the Speech therapy and Audiology services above. These exciting workshops include an Early Language stimulation and Baby Sign course for mom's, dad's and babies. Baby sign language is a rapidly growing phenomenon which allows you to communicate with your baby before the body is ready for verbal language. It also gives your baby the edge by stimulating language development in the brain.

Michelle now has the facilities to provide digital speech therapy using an international medical platform that is hippa compliant. This platform provides speech therapy in a digital therapy room with video access between patient and therapist as well as digital resources.


Say and Hear is the proud owner of a new assessment called the SCAN-C. This assessment allows for the diagnosis of Central Auditory Processing Disorder (CAPD) in children. So what is all the hyp about? Well symptoms of CAPD include: difficulty learning because they struggle to hear the teacher's voice over the noise in class, difficulty learning reading and writing skills, difficulty following instructions and also remembering people's names.
